Exactly as Keith described except compiz. I'm using an old computer and
have all the effects turned off.

Selecting Calendar button window

Binary package hint: evolution
I click the button and the window turns larger than my screen resolution. The
close button stays out of the sreen to the right.
When I try to restore or maximize the window don't resize.
Restarting and don't selecting the calendar button all go
