Binary package hint: ubiquity
When ubiquity move on step stepLanguage and call to
/usr/lib/ubiquity/console-setup/console-setup.postinst, then
/etc/default/console-setup will be copied to
/etc/default/console-setup.pre-ubiquity, but new configuration file
