We're unable to run Turbostat on Turin 2P Volcano systems with core
count greater than 400 on Ubuntu 22.04. On Ubuntu 24.04 turbostat works
fine.

in this case, I saw error msg properly provided by uploaded patch.
and I also found out that 3parclient has issue with this.
so I tag this as verified. ( as it worked fine ) and will check

Confirmed that after an upgrade from 23.10 to 24.04 Kubuntu on an AMD
GPU removing "quite splash" from the Grub config allows X windows to
start. On attempts with splash in the config, X server would stop
around the point of loading "vesa" - no further messages would be logged
in the Xorg.0.log
mattermost and element desktop app also has the same issue
mattermost-desktop --ozone-platform=wayland
at least I can resize but UI is not default.

deployed 3par simulator and simple cinder & cinder-three-par env.
I should replace hpe3parclient with latest one as there was error with
ssh(deprecated)
After setting up, I created v1, s1, v2, s2 and tried to remove s1
It shows proper error msg like below

installable
Trying to force the install of libgd3:i386 removes libgd3:amd64 which a

Found the problem - for some reason the systemctl service getty@tty[1-4] has a
prerequisite of /dev/tty0 existing. If it is not, all the tty[1-4] do not
start. (tty1 fails, the others are not tried)

1 clean install of impish
# probably need sudo or be root for the following
2 boot into impish and install all updates
3 apt get install "lxc lxcfs lxc-utils lxc-templates lxctl"

I reckon the display freezing issue is partially resolved with update of chrome
brower(potentially having risk from other apps). I don't suffer from freezing
issue in these days. Thus, it's hard to hand the attachment to you, sorry.
However, the booting problem is not solved with your recent
testing 1st, 3rd commit and manual configuration
enable_cancel_on_failover = True
I did the similar step above with Queens ( as I already made ppa for
this )
and in this case, I see different errors. restarting rabbitmq-server
solved error msgs
