Could this be caused by a power-management issue? I noticed that in case the logout window is delayed by ~1-2 minutes the "hibernate" action wasn't shown. So I activated the (previously deactivated) power- management service and since then the bug didn't occur again... -- System > Close = lockup

Then choosing Close, the mouse can be moved and I have to wait ~1-2 minutes until the shutdown dialog is shown.
