Specific to the sound applet.
Did some more testing:
1) If there are 2 sound applets and I remove one: the second one crashes.
2) Then I added one and after restart the one that crashed reappeared -> 2
applets again.
3) back to point 1.

My fstab contains UUIDs as it should.
The real problem is that the kernel doesn't detect my 2 cd-rom drives
