I downloaded Kdebluetooth4_0.3-0ubuntu1 this morning. I tried to
connect from my phone to the computer. I gave it the "" for the
computer and then the computer wanted the pin for the phone. I don't
remember this happening before.

I went through all the dependences listed and the ONLY difference were the perl
packages.
