I'm sorry for my previous report, about 12 hours ago. I'm wrong, the bug
persists also if i run totem file.avi from shell.
If I have set the option to load automatically subtitles at movie
start, if I want to see a movie which has a subtitle file to load, totem
freezes when I start it from

I confirm this bug on official Koala Karmic.
I've tried to install vlc 1.03 directly from launchpad too, and problem
isn't solved.

TURNS OFF :( ! I try in graphic safe mode it's the same
thing ... with vga=771 too..it doesn't work ! i don't know how to get more
informations about the system how i can stop the boot. and check
var.log and other log messages.
