restricted-modules-generic 2.6.28.12.16 has been stopped, because it
depends on the linux-restricted-modules-2.6.28-12-generic, but it has
not been published yet:)

Yes, me the same. I added my wifi module, e.g. sudo modprobe ath5k and the wifi
interface doesn't exist.
I think that linux-restricted-modules-generic 2.6.28.11.15 package doesn't work
with linux-image-2.6.28-12-generic 2.6.28-12.43 package.
The problem is linux-restricted-modules-generic
