I take back what I said about sound working properly using Pangolin with
the Oneiric kernel. With the Pangolin kernel, the sound does not work at
all through the headphone jack; with Pangolin and the Oneiric kernel,
the sound will often cut out part of the way through a song, but will
reappear at t

Sound worked fine in Oneric. After upgrading to Pangolin last night, there is
no longer any output from the headphone jack. Opening up alsamixer shows a
headphone output detected and unmuted, but the volume is fixed at zero.

I also have this problem with the proposed kernel. However, the Oneric
kernel (2.6.39-020639) works perfectly.

Binary package hint: rhythmbox
In Karmic, some of the dark gray notification balloons are displayed in
the wrong place (screenshot attached). The light yellow notification
balloons for the same apps don't seem to have this problem, and it
doesn't occur with all applications.
I've been experiencing the same problem for the past 4-5 days. Before
then, I had no problems with wireless network performance or
connectivity. Switching to Wicd has worked flawlessly for me so far.
This is with an Intel WiFi Link 5100.
