this a fresh installation and was working fine , but after one update is not
working , the network is very slow , the normal computer function is for wi/fi
network but in this moment the wifi network is not working is soft slow that ,

version 2.9 (as this has not yet been used in the archive).
The delta from 2.8 seen in the queue might be an effect of it not
considering -security, I guess; it isn't re-included in the upload.

nova upload in the unapproved queue.
Please either re-upload them combined or rebase this upload on top of that

The patch cannot be applied to Ubuntu Bionic (18.04), since its libvirt
version is older than the minimum required (mentioned in the patch).
The Ubuntu Cloud Archive for Bionic (eg, from Focal / Ussuri) can be
used/patched though, as it provides a sufficiently newer version of
libvirt.

I retried them, as apparently they are infrastructure related timeouts/issues.
