I reproduced this bug by installing a fresh install from the Oneiric
i386 desktop iso and updating all installed packages.
Using aptitude, I installed openjdk-7-jre-headless which depends on ca-
certificates-java. Note that before the install, java is not available.

I choose full screen from the glchess menu, now I can't go back to
normal view . I've tried to press F11, cntrl+N, cntrl+Q, cntrl+O and
nothing happens. The game is playable (i.e not freezing) and I can exit
with AltF4.

With the live CD all applets work, most of the time, without using 100% CPU.
But Java process will not terminate if you close the web page tab.However
sometimes less than 10% the clock applet and ,once, the chat applet behave
as described by TJ. In this case if i exit Firefox the Java process
The patch didn't fix the bug for my system, Lucid amd64 beta.

I can confirm this. I used to (back with Beryl) set my window move to
Button 9. Now, in Compiz, I cannot set the mouse button for Initiate
Window Move to anything but Button 1. If I try to set it to Button 9,
it still grabs Button 1, and consequently I can't use my mouse normally.
