Did some additional research, and managed to re-load the existing
profiles by executing:
root:/etc/apparmor.d/libvirt# for i in $(ls | grep -v "\.files" | grep
libvirt-); do apparmor_parser -a $i; done
# apparmor_status
apparmor module is loaded.

it's just annoying.
