The case is solved.
Before the update i was also cleaning the computer by dissasembling and putting
together. There appeared some mess in resources on bios level. I assigned irq
in bios to the pci slots and now it is ok.

To Brian: I downloaded the Alpha CD and I used it as a Live CD. I do not
