It's been tested for a long time in emesene (it's shipped inside the
upstream tarball too), but we don't like code copies so I prepared a
patch for libmimic to build the bindings directly from the library.
With it, emesene supports Webcam (video conference) through MSN.
It's not a required package, but lots of users will love you if you
approve it :) (and since it's the first day of FF...)
