Booting Natty Alpha 3 Live session Kernel reporting problem and wanted to
report it to developers.
I have a reported bug 729549 Natty freezes or crashes to console when entering
password to Wireless Network.
I am unsure, but if this bug is related to WPA it could be the same
A couple of time i had Natty crashing and ending in console, instead of
freezing, trying to connect to Wi-Fi network.
The crashing and freezing happens when clicking the connect button after
entering the password to the network.
"lspci -v" returns this information:

I resized my main partition (in extended) to make room for Natty testing, and
left it unformatted.
Now i have tried to format it in advance, but i have one "unknown" partition
(related to some rescue feature i belive) and two unallocated (1mb and 2½mb ).
The installer still hangs.

The only other problem that have appeared are unity has not started.
I use Nvidia 8400GS graphics adapter

not install any several add'ons because of this error. It is not the first time
i have this error.

I could not figure out how to make it work, and ended up finding a fix in
ubuntu forums.
In Pidgin preferences -> sound -> i changed Method: from Automatic to Alsa.
That fixed it in Pidgin.
For Mplayer the problem seems to have disappeared. But i use VLC half the times.

I just installed 10.10 and are having the same issue with buzzing and cracking
when playing alerts in pidgin.
It also seems to happen when playing mp3 files with movie player. It does not
seem to be happening through the hole system though. Only through some
applications.

If i use UNnetbootin to create bootable usb stick i get the error:

I have been using Ubuntu and Xubuntu for 3 years and I love it.
Recently I bought an Asus eee 1005P.
There are a some problems running Ubuntu on it. What I found is that are
no support for:
Wireless network.
The screen brightness on Fn+ F5 &
In my case, the crash occurred immediately after I unmounted an iPod
Nano. The unmount was successful, but the gvfs volume monitor crashed
about two seconds afterward.
