Public bug reported:
General information:
Ubuntu 21.04
X-Wayland
Device: Dell XPS13 2-in-1
When using the touchscreen to start or switch between apps in the dock,
the dock freezes after 1-5 events. A tooltip is shown permanently and
the dock is no longer responsive and can't be used for app
The problem still exists in 16.04.3 and unfortunately the patch doesn't
work anymore. One hunk fails and the outcome is unchanged.

I can confirm that this bug still exists. What kind of information do
you need?
Unplugging the dungle and restarting changes the keycodes back to
standard.
I think there's a mechanism to change the keycodes send be the headset.
We have to find it and reset the headset when the kernel modul is

I guess the Windows way works somehow like this: The driver shows the
mic even during the a2dp profile is active. And if an application wants
to record from that bt mic, it switches the profile to HFP
automatically. Guess that should be possible for linux aswell, right?

I disabled to do anything when the battery is empty. That's kind of a
workaround, but it does not fix, that Ubuntu tells me, that's a laptop
battery.

Same Problem here with the Logitech Cordless MediaBoard Pro(TM). That's
a bluetooth one.
Ubuntu detects it as a laptop battery and shows the correct percentage
until the keyboard drops the bluetooth connection for saving energy.
Then it goes down to 0%, I get an empty battery warning and the
I'd like to add: It's a desktop computer, it does not have a battery at
all. Maybe that's part of the problem?

This bug is still active. The lirc-module does not launch a notification
when the volume level is changed.
Workaround: Configure irxevent to launch the volume keys instead of
changing volume directly like discribed here:

This is not a ubuntu bug, right? We should file a bug report for
lightdm, maybe the maintainer can debug it and fix it with a small
patch. As lightdm wants to get the standard display manager, this should
be fixed quickly, before multiseat breaks on other distris too.

Hello,
I can update files manually from terminal, but unison can't sync updates
or delete files. It can once create new files, but not remove or update
files at all.
I use the options
use_locks 0
if_match_bug 1
Any ideas?

Hello,
how did you make it working?
For me, the buttons and scroll wheel work fine. But the mouse always
moves to the left-down corner. If I change the resolution with the
button on the top of the mouse, to moves to the top-left corner. That's
unusuble...
Thanks for hints...

exactly the half, about 2,5 h.
That's very annoying.
Thanks for any help.
Will post anything you need.
