Downgrade - missing Clang code model (libClangCodeModel.so) plugin

Latest qtcreator package (4.1.0-3ubuntu1 zesty) has no Clang code model
plugin. It is because libClangCodeModel.so is missing in distribution.
In previous release (4.0.2-1ubuntu2~1 yakkety) Clang code model plugin
works fine.

Importance:
While upgrade to 13.04 kubuntu-firefox-installer overwrites firefox.desktop
even if firefox already installed.
After upgrade when I try to run firefox from KDE menu it runs Muon that
crashes. But I can run firefox from console.
