Public bug reported: Binary package hint: thunderbird
Hi, Thunderbird's Address book does not know how to authenticate via SASL. It only use simple ldap authentication. It would be nice to be able to authenticate with a SASL user name when it's proposed by the serveur. This could also be configured with a checkbox (as is the SSL usage).
