same issue on my 1201n with newer BIOS (0325) installed is Ubuntu 10.04 Linux 2.6.32-22-generic since BIOS 0325 the problem with the fan after suspend is not longer present, but suspend is only one time possible ... what logs are needed to find the reason ? -- Asus eee 1201N: second pm-suspend
