ok, it seems that it's work. But after resume the fans are off until
temperature appears to 90 C (trip_points are 45:62:70:85), after that is
activated fan0state (everythings "on"). Then it works normal. Fans are
getting "off" with downgrading temperature and "on" with his increasing.
So, it's work

In my case it didn't work. I created that document (the last one) in
...pm/sleep.d/ , but after resume from suspend fans are once again
always on
