Have a related issue with install CD v11.04. Near the beginning of the install process - the screen resolution and sync rate changes. Unfortunately, my old Samsung 950p CRT has ceiling on the resolution and sync rates. So when the install gets to this point - the CRT flashes back "sync rate not supported", so I have to abort the install - since nothing is visible on the monitor. When I step back to CD v10.04 - Installation proceeds without issue.
