No longer an issue. I did fix this one.. I can't remember how. It think I
replaced the sources file and ran an apt-get upgrade then an apt-get update..

Basically I updated everything except for all of the new kernal related
packages as they appeared to break my Nvidia drivers. However they all
appeared to work except now it broken the updates:
