I started an upgrade from "23.10" to "24.04" and got the error message:
"Can't install 'ubuntu-mate-core'
It was impossible to install a required package. Please report this as a
bug using 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal."

The suggested solution for removing "libnginx-mod-http-perl" doesn't
probably make the situation better but worse because it would uninstall
"onlyoffice-documentserver" which is unwanted:

It's still present in newer "Ubuntu". I have "20.04" currently and on
two SD cards, it displays the dates sometimes a month, sometimes two
months in the future and even that not exactly, probably 30 days or 60
days difference.

into "oh, no"-state.

This problem also affects me. I used the method of downgrading and it
really worked. However, I don't know what I'm gonna miss out because of
that downgrade.
I also discovered a problem that only exists using a splitted keyboard:
For logging in to Ubuntu, the shift keys don't work.

I confirm the bug on 17.04. Creating the file
/etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf didn't solve
the problem.
