German); obviously, translated labels are applied after editing, not real
values, fails (see above)

Well, thanks for your efforts guys, but sadly this bug fix has still not been
released via the automatic update system by now...
That is, for 8.04 LTS.
But that's not too important to me now, I'll probably gonna make a switch to
9.10 or another distro soon.

with Feisty (Grub not installing automatically), on a similar dualboot
configuration, but with ext3 partitions from beginning for Xubuntu, and
on an IDE-disk.
