I upgraded my Desktop ubuntu from jaunty to karmic.
During the upgrade I got the message "could not install
ttf-mscorefonts-installer".
I proceeded.
At the end of the installation step (before cleaning step), I got again an
error message
Try to delete column E (IsPlantClump) in Sheet "Plant" ... but also
other columns with notes crash.

In the future I'll follow your instructions.
The problem is now solved ... no idea how ... with with the latest updates ...
I was not able to start oobase for some months ...
