ok, now something cool has happend
i plugged out the PCI-Soundcard...
restart...
sudo apt-get update, then upgrade, after that dist-upgrade... (huge update...
80-90 MB to download)
shut down
plug pci-soundcard in again
start... no problem...
restart... no problem... thats the magic...
i forget to tell, i am running Ubuntu Intrepid
