ok, now something cool has happend i plugged out the PCI-Soundcard... restart... sudo apt-get update, then upgrade, after that dist-upgrade... (huge update... 80-90 MB to download) shut down plug pci-soundcard in again start... no problem... restart... no problem... thats the magic...

so, i take a deeper look at the problem and attach all the data you may need... first: information after a clean boot, without something plugged into PCI second: Information after boot after plugging my PCI Soundcard in after that second boot, every boot stucks until i unplug the PCI Soundcard
