[Bug 92959] adept crashes on dist upgrade with incorrect nice value boxes I can't change

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: apt Kubuntu-Feisty... On running a dist-upgrade from adept, I receive message boxes complaining about incorrect nice values. The only functional option on the message box is to "Cancel"... which eventually errors-out the adept system. I'll try to reproduc
