Hi everybody,
the patch seems to solve the problem. Unfortunatelly I spotted another
thing - when playing movie the movie freezes every 5 - 6 mins for just
one or two sec. It is nothing really bad, but you would expect the movie
to go smoothly. Tested under VLC, Movie player...so the playback is
HI, have the same problem. Dell studio 15, ubuntu 9.04, ati drivers
(fgrlx), does not resume after suspend or hibernate. Just gives a black
screen...but other stuff works, it just not start the screen...

I tried that, did nothing...after executing sudo patch 107_fedora_... it
asks me for sudo password, but then it does not continue...does not
write anything...
I have 64 bit version of Ubuntu 9.04

Thanks a lot to Bryce H. It works fine.
There is only one problem - at least on my PC - and that is video
playback. When I tried to resize window with video, computer froze. You
can solve this by setting video output to X11 rather than default in VLC
(if you use VLC)...

Same problem, when I switch effects on (normal or extra) maximising,
unminimising, tab switchin became very slow = have to wait 1-2 sec
before something happends. For those 1-2 sec computer basically freezes.
