I've found the workaround which works for me. I run "sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg", it completely rewrite xorg.cong with default one. After that configuration dialog works OK. Probably it will help. -- systemsettings doesn't load Display, Disk and Filesystems control module https:/
