I can't even get the sourceforge SVN repository to build.
Keep getting this on make:
No rule to make target `cxcore/cxjacobieigens.cpp', needed by
`cxjacobieigens.lo'.
Anywho, what source are you using to build? It looks like the repos I have
already does what your patch changes.

I've included the code I am using to capture and display frames, there
are two techniques in the code - both of which do not work in 2.6.24 or
2.6.27-rc3.
