I have tried and using now the kernel 3.18 rC5 and the error seems not
to be present there. As Giovanni says the network is not full speed but
it is stable.

I tried Saucy and the problem seems not to there. The speed test reaches
almost 2x the speed with Trusty and Utopic and the speed nerver falls
while I was using Saucy. Althougt I cannot reach the maximum speed of my
network.

The freezing problem has not repeated from around two weeks. My problem
is that I contracted a 50Mbps connection but in linux I just get 20Mbps
but in windows I get 50Mbps.
I supposed it is caused by the driver.
