Same problem here. When using 9.10 with Desktop effects enabled I cannot
resize any window beyond the current monitor. Only way is to resize it

What is interresting is that when you disable Ubuntu Firefox

There are basically two ways of fixing this bug.
1) As stated before, under System -> Preferences -> Appearance check "Show
icons in menus". After restarting Firefox, the icons should be there again.
2) If you don't want the icons in other applications, and you feel they are
missing only in Firef

I can confirm that the 1.0.2-0ubuntu2 gnome client, sourced from
proposed, appears to work on 9.10rc 64 bit fully updated. Strangely,
earlier clients never seemed to work consistently on 64 bit Ubuntu

I am not certain this is an issue with the kernel. I have an msi-wind
that runs 8.10 happily and have been trying to upgrade to 9.04/9.10 for
some time and the camera and various other issues have put me off. As
part of my investigations I have run the 2.6.31-10 kernel in my 8.10

The situation is pretty odd. It seems that the camera is a USB device
and I think that the hotkey combination is actually being handled by the
bios or acpi somehow.

Starting today I am unable to use the lower case letter 'e' in nautilus.
I can use it in all the other Ubuntu programs such as Firefox, and I can
use upper case 'E' in Nautilus. I have to type the letter in other
programs and then copy and paste
