I have this problem with my motherboard Gigabye GA-990XA-UD3 Rev. 3.0 on AMD 990 / AMD SB 950. Installed BIOS are latest release (UD ver). USB 2.0 does not work (and RTL8111 also no worked). What can I do? Write in support of Gigabyte or bug tracker?
