issue! If you just try to drag the windows, the cursor changes, but then
still nothing is happening.

I confirm this on my Eee 900A 8G after fresh install of Kubuntu 8.04,
but the workaround (shutdown and remove battery) doesn't worked.
"ifconfig -a" doesn't show any ethernet devices.

I confirm this bug on Ubuntu 8.04. It has all worked since I made
recently some updates then I got this error message during boot. This
bug seemed to be reintroduced someway (regression)! Hoping that the
alias workaround will fix this.

When using german manpages e.g. the option "-o" is not listed in the
manpage, but when typing "grep --help" it is. Clearly this is a
translation error cause the translation seems a little outdated. With
`LANG=C man grep` this option is listed.

HOTFIX:
open gconf-editor, >> apps >> metacity >> global_keybindings and change
the value of that entry (don't remember, maybe: cycle_group) which uses
the ALT-F6 binding. set value to "disabled" and then every thing should
be fine :)
