I found the solution to this problem. It seems LibreOffice is not installed completely. Went to the Software Center and found that Writer, Impress and Calc are shown as installed, but not Base and also not LibreOffice as a whole. I installed LibreOffice and it downloaded some 400 MB. Now Labels
