actually i almost forgot this issue, because i do not remember when i
had to perform the "forced update and delete" for the last time.
I guess it was back in at least 2 months ago. sorry but i'v been
extremely busy these days.

I've removed Apache package completely and installed Nanoweb with Mysql/PHP.
Each time there is any updates for Apache, Synaptic suggests me to
update those packages relevant to Apache. I have to install it and then
delete it again,
