When attempting to do an install of Intrepid, the installer will appear hang
after the install to hard disk selection is chosen.
The CDROM drive will be read for a few moments, then all activity will cease. A
Ctrl-alt-del will cause the shutdown graphic to show up though.

select Import Folder, and then look on the quick list to the left hand
side of the chooser box, you will see Music twice. The first time where
I think Network should be, then the 2nd time where it should be wit

My findings follow what Tim Sharitt is finding as well, I cannot remove
the first one in the list, the one under CD-RW/DVD+-RW Drive in my
screenshot, and attempting to select the 2nd one, under Documents,
appears to instantly highlight the first one.
This does not seem like a normal operating thi
Unfortunately there is no log. This is not from the Live environment,
but from the initial boot menu of the CD. My guess is that is has
something to do with an invalid or unknown resolution setting, but there
are no logs for me to look at to find out.
To clarify the method I was using to install:
I managed to copy the entire log directory while the installation was
paused. I will attach the syslog and debug . If you need any others let
me know.
