For a temporary workaround, run (as root):
dpkg -r account-plugin-google unity-scope-gdrive
This will remove the conflicting account-plugin-google package and the
unity-scope-gdrive package that depends on it (as trying to remove via
'apt-get' will fail)
Then, run (as root):
apt-get -f install

The error you are encountering is exactly the bug in question. Clearly
there is no current workaround, that is why the bug was filed in the first
