When resizing the VirtualBox window of a VM running karmic the bottom
panel moves to the top. In the Panel Properties the Orintation has been
changed from Bottom to Top.
To reproduce:

I attempted to use do-release-upgrade to install the 9.04 beta onto a
hardy machine and experienced the same problem, it did not find the new
release:

Looks like some off-by-one problems.
IMHO this is a very serious bug, all dates are incorrect.

Well ... I have the released version of hardy installed and have the
same problem. Using sudo workaround for now.

libmagick9 is not available. Looks like a packaging error to me.
