Hello,
These clues could help.
The presence of the 'manifest' file without '.gpg' extension seemed odd.
I tried to:
* rename it to 'duplicity-full.20120301T071617Z.manifest.txt' . The assertion
became :
AssertionError: ('duplicity-full.20120301T071617Z.manifest.gpg',
'duplicity-full.20120301T07

Hi everyone,
I'm using duplicity: 0.6.18-0ubuntu0ppa14~lucid1 and am experiencing
the same bug.
The ~/.cache/deja-dup has been erased.
Deja-dup / duplicity has been working for more than 6 months and is failing
since March.
The same bug seems to have been reported here:
https://answers.launc
This also could be related to #430245

Hi,
I'm experiencing the same bug with an acer 1692 / ati x700
the kernel is a 2.6.32-24-generic-pae
the nomodeset workaround did not work for me
> with xserver-xorg-video-ati = 6.13.0-1ubuntu5
when booting with default options (radeon.modeset=1) i get this bug
when booting with radeon.
The bug seems to be related (duplicate? ) of #434956
in my case,
> with xserver-xorg-video-ati = 6.13.0-1ubuntu5
when booting with default options (radeon.modeset=1) i get this bug
when booting with radeon.modeset=0 the x server fails with 'couldn't find
valid pll dividers'
> with xse
well, unfortunately the bug reappears after ~20 reboots, even with the new
upstart patch...

Hi,
I am experiencing this bug too, with an Acer Aspire 1692 ; the kernel is
2.6.32.24-generic-pae from an up to date 10.04
Note that:
- the computer seems to boot correctly, since doing blindly : Alt-F1 +
+ + sudo -s + + reboot
successfully reboots the machine in a normal state
- Alt-SysRq+K
