Public bug reported: when my computer resumes from suspend, the desktop comes up fine except for the crash report. but my browser firefox or opera crashes randomly and i sometimes get error reading file when opening my home folder or the system locks up completely. this has only started happening

I think this bug is fixed. on a clean 8.10 install ive had no problems. to clarify how i got things working. 1. apt-get install xrdp. it has a dependency on vnc4server and installs that automatically. 2.System->perferences->remote desktop 3. tick allow others to view your desktop. (you can chan

well you might have better luck using padsp '~/games/ballistics/ballistics' instead. yes the problem is still present in 8.10. Although i ran into the problem with firefox not with WoW as the other poster.
