Also, in fiesty even, running kubuntu, seems to have problems with drawing anything in the lower end of a rotated display. MEANING: running fiesty, I rotate the dispay, its a 1400x1050 display once rotated anything that appears between y=1050 and y=1400 is likely to to have problems when a popup
