10 beta. I have not cheched if they solved it in the release version.

I have the same problem on Hardy AMD64 up to date. I suppose I have
'linux-restricted-modules-2.6.24-16-xen' installed since I can use my
wireless drivers. Are you still accepting the logfile?

I have noticed my system often kicks me out of my session (restarts
xserver, perhaps) when I have moderate system load, and sometimes my
system freezes. Such unstability was not present when I used the old
fglrx (the one with XGL)

attunel crashed with SIGSEV
I think it is because of the new fglrx drivers (the ones with aiglx
support). Hope they get them to work properly soon.
