Binary package hint: hal
I would like to have this Hal problem removed so i can install ubuntu on my AMD
machines.
checked and tweaked with bios but still same.
Previous versions like 7.04-1.0 works just fine with same setup.. but the
problems starts as soon 8.04.0 was out

Binary package hint: debian-installer
Nforce2 chipset fails on installing hal with unconfigured text , works
with 7.10 but if i upgrade to 8.0.4.1 the network fails to inilize and
gets no ip from dhcp.
** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
