I added the following two lines to the end of /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf:
pass .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.555.32 /tmp/doit.pl
pass .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.555.64 /tmp/doit64.pl
the code for /tmp/doit.pl:
#!/usr/bin/perl
print .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.555.32.1\n;
print integer\n;
print 1234567890\n;
We really should be running at least Net-SNMP 5.3.2 if not 5.4.1 for
other bug fixes.
