I tried to deactivate the desktop-effects with a shell script, but sadly
i cant find any commands can do that. my intention was to run the script
before a user switch, so that only one x-server does 3d.
perhaps someone can tell me a shell command to deaktivate the desktop-
effects.

the desktop-effekt works great until i switch to a user who has activated the
