Hi Declan Moriarty, that is just a warning, that is not the source of
this problem. The problem is the VTK interface with WXPython3. Using VTK
with WXPython4 fix this problem. I create a PPA with this problem fixed.

I don' t know why it is happening yet. But if you use KDE as desktop
(maybe other too) InVesalius runs correctly. You can try to run
Invesalius by the code, it will run in Gnome. First, install wxPython4:

My notebook is a Compaq 510. The partition where the swapfile is located

I posted a simpler python script. I tried to run the this script with
the last ubuntu 9.10 alpha version using a intel 965 and a nvidia 8600
GT with driver nv and the same error occurs. Then I tried with the
proprietary nvidia driver and the error doesn't occurs. I think the

I think it is because the wireless driver (rtl8187). I disabled the
wireless and removed the driver with rmmod command, then I suspend and
it works. Furthermore I enabled the wireless and I tried to suspend, it
fails.

Yes, I tried with the last Ubuntu release and the bug continues, but I'm
not using the proprietary nvidia driver any longer, I'm using the nv
driver. In others distributions the same bug occurs. In arch linux I'm
using the nouveau driver.
