synclient HorizScrollDelta=-50
synclient VertScrollDelta=-50
You would need to add these to run at login.

I have no natural setting, I also went into dconf-editor
/org/gnome/desktop/peripherals/touchpage/natural-scroll and set it but
no changes in actual behavior even after log out/reboot.

I am having exactly the same problem. Login fails despite known good
user and password. I'm not going to downgrade sudo, however. It isn't
worth accessing webmin.
