I found this error was returned in another new distribution (Fedora 32), so I suspected this is a bug of latex, not of maxima nor of emacs. I built emacs and maxima from the latest source codes (emacs: 26.3; maxima: 5.43.2 on SBCL) on ubuntu 18.04, and installed TeXLive2019, then error wasn't
