i have installed add-on gstreamer plugins from the bad set and gstreamer
plugins from the ugly set and the problem is resolved.
now i'have uninstalled this plugins too but the problem is not presented.

I have equal experience of Daniel Silverstone in the Ubuntu 8.04
distribution:
an directory with read-only permission can moved in the trash but can't
removed from the trash.
Then i have execute sudo chmod -R +w .local/share/trash/files/* from
my home
